Jennifer Merrill’s work is grounded in a commitment to expanding opportunity for young people, families, and the workforce through education, leadership development, and community collaboration. She holds bachelor’s degrees in Organizational Management and Child Development from Point Loma Nazarene University and has built her career across nonprofit, youth development, and workforce development settings. She is passionate about strengthening systems, supporting professionals, and creating pathways that allow individuals and communities to grow and succeed.

Her interests include faith and service, family life, community connection, and supporting women in leadership. She values opportunities to build strong, caring communities where people feel supported, empowered, and able to thrive, and is deeply motivated by work that brings people together in purpose and service to expand opportunity for underserved youth, families, and communities.
